Recommendation: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a three-year base term and two, 1-year options to extend to Soundskilz, Inc., to provide on-call special event planning and management services; 2. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a three-year base term and two, 1-year options to extend to ARAS Enterprises, Inc., to provide on-call special event planning and management services; 3. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a three-year base term and two, 1-year options to extend to All Occasions Services, to provide on-call special event planning and management services; 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 5. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Task Order with Soundskilz, Inc. for immediate planning and execution of the 2026 Celebration Hub and Open Streets Event. California High-Speed Rail Authority – Amendment No. 1 To Reimbursement Agreement HSR24-26. (500)
Recommendation: 1. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 to Reimbursement Agreement HSR24-26, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the California High-Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) for the reimbursement of City costs associated with the review of project submittals and coordination with HSRA. Recommendation: 1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 24-2348 with Southwest Patrol Inc. for armed security services for an additional amount of $200,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $918,000 through June 30, 2026; and 2.
