Good evening, Chair Vang, members of the Planning Commission. I'm Israel Trejo with the Planning and Development Department. No changes to the agenda. Thank you.

14:45 – 15:071

All right. Thank you. Do we have any motion to approve the agenda? All right. We have a motion by Commissioner Diaz. We have a second by Commissioner Calandra. All in favor say aye. Aye. All opposed say no. Agenda is approved. We don't have anything under a consent calendar. Do we have any reports from the commissioners? Go ahead, sir.

15:10 – 15:460

Yeah, so I got multiple calls about potholes, and I don't know, people calling me for, I don't know why. But I must share with the community, Fresgo app, it's an amazing app, that's what I use. Simply download Fresgo app, and you know, report any potholes. Even I got a couple of concerns about the parks. You know, you can also make all kind of concerns. So please, you know, the city of Fresno has been spending a lot of money on that. Please utilize Fresco app because we want everything kind of beautified for all the areas. So thank you very much and appreciate the community.

15:49 – 16:041

All right, thank you. So we have some under continued matters. This is gonna be, please note that we have item ID 26668. That's being referred back to staff at a later date to be determined.

16:08 – 16:214

Chair, what we would ask is for the commission to make a motion to refer that back to staff and that way that you are voting on referring that back to staff.

16:221

Thank you. Are you okay with us listing out these items under the continued matters and we can just do Everything under one or one by one?

16:29 – 16:514

If you would do them one at a time, in particular this one. So Israel, I don't know if you just want to ask that the commission or just me asking the commission make a motion to refer 7A ID 26668 back to staff and we will re-notice and bring it back at a later date. All right, perfect. So what I'll do is I'll make a motion to.

16:51 – 17:102

Really quickly. It is my understanding from my colleague that we recommend that you for item ID 7A, ID 26-668, go out for public comment and then make your motion.

17:10 – 17:391

Okay, we'll go ahead and do that for each item. We'll just go to the public comments and then. So do we have any individuals in the public who would like to speak on item ID 26-668? I see none. Public comment is closed. I'll make a motion to refer this item ID 26-668, refer this back to staff. Let the staff determine what date they want to go ahead and bring this back.

17:400

I'll second that.

17:40 – 18:001

Okay. Motion by me. We have a second by commercial Shergo. All in favor say aye. Aye. All opposed say no. That's approved. Next item is item ID 26-669. Do we have any public comments on this?

18:014

So this one and the next one are both shown as continued to June 3rd. So there's no action required by the commission.

18:091

Perfect. Okay. So let's note that we have two items that's being continued to June 3rd, 2026. We don't have any new matters at all. And do we have any reports from the secretary?

18:20 – 18:434

Just a reminder that tomorrow is Preservation Month pub quiz night at Moses McQueen's in downtown Fresno. You got the calendar at our last meeting. I would encourage you all to attend that. It should be really fun. We've got some great prizes. It should be a fun night to learn about Fresno history and get to know some other commissioners from the city of Fresno.

18:44 – 19:011

Is there an AI app that we can use to get the answers first? No. Awesome. Do we have any unscheduled oral communications? All right, I see none. Time is 6.09. The meeting is adjourned. Everyone, have a wonderful evening. Thank you.
