So we're not going to discuss it. It's all we need to do is just schedule the hearing. All right. Zoning ordinance updates. I don't think we have one. Um, just that the next zoning ordinance review committee meeting will be on April 2nd at 10 a.m. Okay. And are there any commissioner comments? I think I I would like Don sent out it is on the zoning committee um a lot of the the plans. So if if you want to look at them beforehand, they're up on online. So I would suggest to all the commissioners that because this is a big we're at the we're at the big but very much a draft.
It's very much a draft. But at least I wouldn't I I just think maybe to look at it um closely so that if you have comments, you're ready for the next meeting because this is the big one. We're looking at what you will be do able to do inside those zones. a lot of it as well as dimensions well as dimensions stuff I have if anybody wants them I have our current because I had them for some meeting at one time that we didn't need them but I have all the current dimensions if people want them to compare what's on if you get one copy don't think yeah you have all the copies yeah I had them for one meeting a while ago well we didn't need them to do you want me to leave them thank you
yeah I'll leave them right here so you can compare those to what's in the new was that the schedule of regulations. Yeah, the 1600. Make sure my notes are and I had a question on just on these. So public hearings like these we have if someone requests a change then we have to take up the matter as a zoning comm planning commission. Correct. Like the ones that are scheduled. Yes. So the planning commission will have a public hearing and then it will be recommended to city council. So, in cases like these, do we could we have like could staff just put the public hearing on the agenda or do we feel like we need to do that?
The planning commission has to schedule a public hearing. That's how our ordinance is written. Okay. Okay. I just wondered about that. Yeah. Okay. Any other comments, updates? I don't have any and John didn't have any. Okay. Well, I am moved that we adjourn this meeting at 60 minute.
