STERLING OSGOOD ROAD GPA & REZONING - 43800 Osgood Road - PLN2025-00100
To consider a proposed General Plan Amendment from Regional Commercial to Tech Industrial, a corresponding Rezoning from Commercial - Regional (C-R) to Tech Industrial (I-T), a Discretionary Design Review Permit, and other land use entitlements for the 11.21-acre property at 43800 Osgood Road in the Irvington Community Plan Area; and to consider a Negative Declaration prepared and circulated for the project in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
PULTE LINK TOWNHOMES - 45846 Warm Springs Boulevard - PLN2025-00233
To consider a Discretionary Design Review Permit, Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 8756, Private Street, Density Bonus, and other minor entitlements to allow the construction of a new multi-family condominium development featuring 14 buildings containing 140 four-story townhome style condominium units stacked flat condominiums, including 21 onsite affordable units on a 4.67-acre site in the South Fremont Plan Area; and to consider a finding that no further environmental review is required pursuant to an exemption from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per 15332, Infill Development Projects, CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, as the project is consistent with the land use envisioned for the site as established by the General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report (SCH#2010082060) was previously prepared and certified, and pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15163, as none of the circumstances requiring preparation of a subsequent or supplemental EIR have occurred. Each of the foregoing provides a separate and independent basis for CEQA compliance.
CINGULAR WIRELESS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT EXTENSION - 6400 Stevenson Boulevard - PLN2026-00066
To consider a 10-year extension to Conditional Use Permit PLN2011-00015 and a Discretionary Design Review Permit to allow for the continued operation of an existing wireless telecommunications facility located at 6400 Stevenson Boulevard in the Bayside Industrial Community Plan Area; and to consider a finding that no further environmental review is required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per, without limitation, CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Existing Facilities, CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, as the project is consistent with the General Plan, for which an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (SCH#2010082060) was previously prepared and certified, and CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15163, as none of the circumstances requiring preparation of a subsequent or supplemental EIR have occurred.
