Here. Item two on our agenda is approval of the minutes for our January 21 meeting, '20 '25. Do I have a motion to approve those minutes?

And our administrative item, item three, appointment of local agency foundation commission at Belafco, our North Valley seat for the term effective 05/05/2025, and expires on 05/07/2029. So you did see for communication from staff and LAVCO, you have Neha's memo. So if there's any questions on that or if there's any reporting, any staff want to clarify anything, I think it's pretty straightforward.

We have no further clarifications. This is just a rotational appointment of the LAFCO, which is expiring and it belongs to town of Yountville right now. And City of St. Helena is next in the rotation if they so choose.

All right. I will pass the gavel down to Mayor Doring, get your thoughts on it. I think I know that historically, sometimes Up Valley defers, but I don't know that that's the case today.
