If I can say it now, I have some tips. And it will take some time. I have to study, so I will stand here. Just hold on. However, I find it surprising that our board is voting on a topic that has been mentioned a month ago, which is no new proof of doing so. I am happy to say that I don't think that the owners of Olmsted County should now need a subsidy for the use of our youth detention centers. In 2023, Olmsted County spent $14.88 dollars out of $122 for the ownership of Olmsted County. Dawes County spent $218.94. In 2026, this number changed and for the voice of our people, Olmsted County assets in the levy dollar became 15,626,124,104 and 0.65, while Dodge County spent $170,000 and $676,120. In 2025, our assets in the levy dollar became $15,666,127.45 and Dodge County spent $126,780. You may think that this is absolutely right because Olmsted County is much larger than Dawes County and you will be half right and half wrong. We are much larger than Dawes County, but that doesn't mean that we should give them subsidies. In May 2023, Olmsted County's debtor paid 90.6% of his assets for the jail. That same year, the debtor of Olmsted County paid 10.8% of his assets to use our jail. In 2024, the Allmestead County Commissioner paid $33,000 for our jail and the Allmestead County Commissioner paid $8,200 for our jail. In 2025, the Allmestead County Commissioner paid $9,410 and the Allmestead County Commissioner paid $921. In the last three years, the Allmestead County Commissioner To run the jail, Salana paid $9,277 per year, and in total, the Doge County authorities paid only $920 per year to use our jail. We are paying 10 times more for the jail than we are paying for the use of the Doge County jail. According to me, the average daily expense of keeping a prisoner in any county in Olmstead County, ADC, was $323.68 per night in 2025. If we had asked Dodge County to pay the right amount of that expense, then their property would have been Rs. 186,000 instead of Rs. 186,000. It could have been a lot bigger, but still it's a good deal because their investor would have only paid Rs. 7,000 and our house would have been reduced to Rs. 8,000 per ton, which is more than Rs. 9,000. In comparison, in the year 2020, Fremont County's prison staff have paid $47.49 per person for their previous jail, but this will increase in the coming years because they have just built a new jail. In the meantime, Gurdwara County's prison staff are paying $109.42 per person. Houston County's prison staff pay $111 per person. Mover County's prison staff pay $118 per person. Babasha County's creditor is paying $136.6 million. And Winona County's creditor is paying $64.7 million on bonds, but they are also paying $28 million on bonds to make a facility. So when you find out the cost of paying bonds to make a facility, then the creditor of Dawes County is still paying the lowest in neighboring counties if they pay their rightful share. Keep in mind that these are not just temporary changes. These are not included in the benefits that Olmsted County's debtors have already incurred on the construction of the current jail. Our facility was built on the loan of Olmsted County and was opened in 1993. In 1996, 1999, 2001 and 2005, it was expanded and renovated on a large scale on the loan of Olmsted County. No other county paid for this work. Apart from this, as we all know, every state has a right to file a lawsuit against Olmstead County because of a person whose entire payment is done by our creditors, whether the person is from Olmstead County or not. If Dodge County ever decides to become a true member of our ADC, then they should also fulfill the creditors of Olmstead County so that anyone can file a lawsuit against them. Doge County has the capacity to give a fair share of the cost to us or any other neighboring county for the use of its jail. This is not because their board is smarter than us. As long as the commissioner of Olmsted County, Gudhu, Wabasha, Mowar, or any other county's commissioner association remains the same, the creditors of Doge County will continue to benefit. To be honest, if any neighboring county proposes to keep our prisoners below 1.3% of our cost tomorrow, I will happily sign that contract. In reality, if an advisor comes to us and assures us that he can reduce the number of our jails to 8% by spending only Rs. 300,000 per year, then I am also ready for that contract. If Dawes County leaves us to make a better deal with any such county that is not thinking for a long time, then we will basically do the same. We have to work harder than this. I will conclude by saying one clear thing. I am happy to negotiate with Dawes County or any other neighboring county to become a member of our ADC. We have already done this with our co-operative improvement department, and we are joining other counties and becoming a true partner with Anoka County and using their Kishore Nirodh Kender. Remember that Anoka County is so smart that it can take more than 430 seats from us every day, whether that bed is used by the Kishore of Anoka County or not. There is no deal for us. If DOS or any other county wants to become a true partner, then we should welcome that opportunity. This partnership should be equal for all parties and it should include the cost of building a new jail or expanding our facilities in the future. If Dodge County decides that they do not want to be a true partner with us in ADC, then I understand that this can affect the quality of care given to their prisoners if they are many miles away from our jail community improvement agents. But in the end, it is their and their prisoners' choice. The residents of Anoka County will still get high quality care from our agents. I also support Sheriff Roseby for being a good person. I also support the fact that the commissioners of Dodge County are also very good people. But I don't like that we have to pay taxes to increase their friendship with the All-Ministered County and I will not support any such agreement with any county that does not support justice in the right way for our debtors. In this policy, in return, for the debtors of Olmstead County, the bill can be reduced. We are working with Dodge County on improvement and development. If they were forced to keep prisoners in any other county, then our courts would be affected. Crimes would be delayed. Prisoners would also not be able to get services that they desperately need. And Olmsted and Dawes County would be more expensive for both. This is a loss of trade. Do we have to lose the necessary resources? Do we have to spend more to improve? This spoils our relations with our neighbouring counties and this harms our county sheriff's trust. And I want to say this again. If this is not reversed, then is this wrongful policy okay? Okay.
