A request to install a new halo-lit canopy mounted wall sign and re-face an existing pole sign on a building located in the Olde Towne Historic District located at 202 N. Glassell Street (DRC No. 25-0120). (Continued from June 17, 2026).

Recommended Action: Continue the item to the regularly scheduled Design Review Committee meeting on October 7, 2026. Attachments: Staff Report

A request to construct an interior remodel, second-story mezzanine with an attached terrace, and roof remodel to an existing school located in the Old Towne Historic District located at 515 E. Almond Avenue (DRC No. 25-0138).
