He started working for the Sheriff Paul Countee office when he was 18 years old. He set out his career through all the ranks of civil service, from deputy to chief, under three sheriff leaders, where he gained experience from every department. After acknowledging his hard work and responsibility for years, the Ministry of Security appointed him on December 18, 2018, and since then he has been elected twice, due to the negative voice of the community serving him. Currently, he leads 247 staff, which is more than 600 people and 3 staff. I'm sure he can recognize every employee by their name and the name of their family members. Sheriff Schneider gets their respect every day through pure kindness and determination. He is a well-known figure in the region with a high sense of humor and a low heart.
