To consider a Discretionary Design Review, Tentative Parcel Map 11529, waivers under Density Bonus Law, and other related entitlements to facilitate development of a phased mixed-use project consisting of 290 affordable for-rent apartments to eligible income households and approximately 5,000 square feet of retail at the vacant site bounded by Fremont Boulevard, Peralta Boulevard, Parish Avenue, and Jason Way located in the Centerville Community Plan Area; and to consider an Addendum to the previously certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (SCH No. 2018072040) prepared for a prior redevelopment of the site pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15164.
