Planning Board - Regular Meeting

I call to order the meeting of the Maynard Planning Board on August 11, 2026. We have with us members Jeff Black, Bill Crenshaw, and Mark Olsen-Folinsbee. Chris is on now, too. Chris Arsenault is with us virtually.

Chris, can you hear us? Hey, guys.

And we have 1 person representing. The applicant, can you introduce yourself please?

Absolutely good evening chair or snow and members of the planning board. My name is Ryan Clemens from located at. 255 state street in Boston, and I'm here tonight on behalf of Daniel Sousa. The applicant for a special permit and site plan approval for the property. No, that's 16 wall. Damn street. You'd previously heard this application on July 28, 2026, where Mr. Sousa and Michael Rosen presented the project, the request. And the hearing was continued to this date in order for Mr. Susia and Elliot to update the submitted site plan. To show existing lighting, parking, rubbish and snow storage at the property. We're here tonight to request further continuance to the board's August 25th meeting in order to give us time to finish preparing the plan and for the board to have adequate time to review the plan once submitted. So here for any questions that you may have on that. All right. Thank you.

You have no minutes? Is that crazy? I don't. I don't have anything. All right. Any planning, planner update, or are we done?

We signed the agreement for PMOD with the HP affiliate. And that's all I got. There's really nothing going on. And lots of stuff next August 25th? August 25th, we're going to have this continue, which should be straightforward. We're going to have the resubmittal, not the resubmittal, the submittal for a re, for a modification of special permit for one, for two to four powder mill. And we're going to have a number of zoning amendments. Most of them are housekeeping. So I guess it's not that many, but we're going to have three items for sure. three public hearings. And I also expect we'll have a marijuana renewal first meeting in September and perhaps our first medical marijuana. The petitioner for Max Wellesley wants to open his get his second special permit for medical marijuana in the same building as his retail marijuana. So I expect that. That's what I got.
