Adoption of Proposed Budget for FY2027
Approval of an Ordinance adopting an Annual Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, for the various funds of the City of Marietta and enacting the tentative Ad Valorem tax levies for said fiscal year for support of the City of Marietta governmental operations and other public purposes, and debt service obligations.
2028 Proposed SPLOST Intergovernmental Agreement
Motion to approve the 2028 SPLOST Intergovernmental Agreement, with Cobb County, for the use and distribution of proceeds from the 2028 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax, with the understanding that the total distribution to the City will be appropriated as shown in Exhibit B (estimated disbursement schedule projections), estimated to be $78,227,427.76
