Presentation of Distinguished Service Award to Robert W. Kinney. Mr. Kinney has been the Ward 6 Planning Commissioner since 2003. He was elected Vice - Chair July 2005 and served till July 2006. In 2013 Mr. Kinney was elected Chairman of the Planning Commission and served in that capacity till March 2026; Mr. Diffley has been his Vice-Chair throughout that time.
