Good morning. Can everybody hear me? Okay. I'd like to call to order the informal meeting for Monday, July 13, 2026. This is a public portion of the agenda. Madam Clerk, would you please call the roll?

Thank you. Thank you. We are all in attendance, one of us remotely. The board will now consider item number one, setting of hearings for de-annexation from City of Avondale to Maricopa County. Madam Vice Chair, is there a motion, please?

Thank you, Madam Chair. I move that we approve item number one.

Is there a second second it's it's been moved and multi seconded. Hearing no further discussion we will proceed to vote all those in favor will say aye aye are there any opposed. The motion passes unanimously. The second item on this agenda is executive session. Madam vice chair, you have a motion to go into executive session.
