Smith for Newton Gravel Fit Water Main Extension phases 2 through 3 in the amount of $884.00. Estimate 19 from Strand Associates for design of rubric field dry detention in the amount of $18,700. Estimate number three from R.A. Smith for Franklin Street reconstruction in the amount of $16,077.51. Estimate number six from Minton Construction for 2025 river point development phase four in the amount of $17,298.36. Estimate number 11 from Benton Construction for South 19th Street Pumping Station Rehabilitation in the amount of $61,652. And estimate number two from Benton Construction for Red Arrow Beach Access Improvements in the amount of $232,590.66. Motion to approve the passments. Second.
