Is there a motion to approve the agenda? It was a race, and it was won by mayor Pro Tem Franklin with a second by council member Charnay. Call for the question.

Which case we'll close public comment? Mister city attorney is moving to closed session. Is there an announcement and open session of the items to be discussed in closed session?

Yes, mayor. We have a rather busy closed session agenda. So pursuant to the Brown Act, the city council will now go into closed session to discuss the items identified on the agenda one a, b, c, and there's three cases under c.

Yes, mayor. As previously announced, the city council ended closed session to discuss five separate items. The city council gave direction with respect to Roman numeral IB. There is no other reportable action taken.
