Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Madison Planning and Zoning Commission continued a public hearing for a mixed-use development at 142 Boston Post Road, which was conditionally approved pending fire marshal verification and legal review of affordability plans. The Commission also continued a public hearing for a resubdivision application at 25-28 Bushnell Lane to allow for legal counsel review of new information regarding historic regulations and property divisions.
