APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Recommendation: Approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of October 10, 2023.
WARRANT REGISTER
Recommendation: Approve the Warrant Register for the period of October 1, 2023, through October 15, 2023, in the amount of $1,245,678.90.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Recommendation: Receive and file the Treasurer's Report for the month ending September 30, 2023.
ZONING AMENDMENT NO. 2023-05 (DOWNTOWN OVERLAY DISTRICT)
Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and adopt Ordinance No. 1234, amending the City's Zoning Map to include the Downtown Overlay District.
CONTRACT AWARD FOR MAIN STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT
Recommendation: Award a construction contract to ABC Construction, Inc. in the amount of $850,000 for the Main Street Rehabilitation Project.
APPOINTMENT TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
Recommendation: Appoint one (1) member to the Planning Commission to fill a vacancy for a term ending June 30, 2025.
