Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission recommended approval for the early withdrawal of 514.88 acres from the New Rockland Agricultural and Forestal District to facilitate a conservation easement. They also voted to send an application for the NOVEC-Deimos Substation to a future work session for further discussion on screening measures. Finally, an application for Happy Paws K-9, a dog kennel operating in a residential area, was sent to a work session to address concerns about scale, intensity, and setbacks.
