Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved two applications: a zoning concept plan amendment for Quantum Park, reducing building height to 65 feet and committing to a tree save area, and a zoning map amendment for Valley Commerce Center, with conditions for a tree save area and a commitment to a 12-foot wall along the rear perimeter of the substation. A third application for the Novak Demos Substation was deferred to a future work session for further review of screening options.
