Planning Board - Regular Meeting

The Londonderry Planning Board discussed a request for a 120-day extension for the 222 Rockingham Road project and a regional impact proposal from Manchester. The board also addressed a formal application for modification to a condition of approval for the Village Run Technology Hills project, allowing early occupancy for two residential buildings. A formal application for a 60-unit residential development at 196 and 198 Rockingham Road was continued to allow for third-party environmental testing.
