And from what we've experienced, most developers start by approaching the township anyway and flesh out either the details of an existing ordinance or if there isn't one on the books, uh they try to communicate what it is that they would like play ball. In the packet it says into one and two discuss landed on but if that's the direction you want to go you definitely go that direction knowing that whether or not it's a special use or permitted use any potential developer probably going to want to discuss any

right right they think it's too bad they'll more than likely first they'll try to see is willing to to do it to work with them.

I think the other suggestion that happened at the board I'm not willing is that we want to put it in egg one and egg two and make a minimum of 10 or egg one egg one or egg two was now five.
