All right, good afternoon, everyone. It is 3.32, so I will call this meeting to order. We have a quorum. So the first order of business is to seek approval for the minutes from May. Is there a motion to do that?

Thank you, Mari. Second. Thank you, Michael. There's a note on those. It's got the wrong names for the signatures. It could be updated. I don't know the easiest way to update that. But the minutes were fine. It was just the signature names.

an update on the claims adjustment that we needed to make from last month adjustment to the claims we had to we had a question about yeah that was the the bca claim um there was i believe some email traffic but we're not sure that we actually received uh an accurate response from from bca so there's uh sean is going to go investigate that okay perfect capture that

Seeing and hearing none, we'll move on to new business. the first order of businesses to approve a contract agreement with morphe construction for the pendleton park medians is there any discussion about that or is there a motion to approve that contract agreement

do my best we did have a pre-construction meeting myself hwc renee from the DPW and Aaron Milbourne from Morphy Construction on June 10. Everything, I've shared it all with Russell. I don't want to speak for him because he is not able to attend today's meeting, but I think everything was in line with the contract.

Okay. You said DPW was in that meeting?

Yeah, just to coordinate everything.

Okay, because the one concern that I had was... On the city Facebook page, there's going to be sewer cleaning and inspection in this time frame along Pendleton Pike, and I want to make sure that that's coordinated, deconflicted. So it sounds like DPW is in that medium, so we should be good.

Thank you all, good afternoon. Greg Goodnight, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Commission. I know a lot of this is repetitive, but we are getting a lot of looks with developers, especially in the housing market, First of all, I have spent quite a bit of time on the Pendleton Pike bid, and thank you for just approving that. I think all of us are looking forward to seeing some improvements out on Pendleton Pike. We do have two separate developers that are considering new single-family homes. They both have their parcels under contract that still have some things that have to take place, but I'm very optimistic about those taking place. I also have two multifamily developers who have parcels under contract here within the city outside of the Fort Harrison area. I'm working with a developer on a multi-unit retail development along Pendleton Pike. They have not secured a property at this time, but they do have a concept plan. Just so you know, all of these projects also include discussions with Lawrence Utilities that overlap with this. last thing and she's not going to want me to say this i want to thank ayanna for all of her work behind the scenes each month i have not done that publicly and she does helps me more than i could explain in the meeting so i want to thank you thank you thanks anyways and any questions if you have i think i kind of asked this last month that i'll ask again but i'm guessing you still can't share any more information about locations for any of the single family multi-family i probably uh i've talked with russell the our attorney so he's aware of all of the projects but i probably until i i don't like to announce things until it's a sure thing so i so they're all under contract most of them have letters of intent and they've purchased agreements can you at least say if the properties that they're looking at are already zoned for i know one of them for sure is not okay I know one of them for sure is not because they'll have to go through the rezoning. The others I can't say at this time.
