Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Larkspur Planning Commission discussed two design review applications. The first, for 8 William Avenue, a new attached garage and loft, was approved. The second, for 334 Riviera Circle, a new two-story residence, was continued to allow the applicant to revise the plans to address concerns about bulk, mass, and height. The Commission also discussed potential changes to the city’s Floor Area Ratio (FAR) ordinance.
