Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Westside Urban Renewal Plan and Project to the City Council, despite public concerns about water resources, flood plain development, and the legalities of the plan. The Commission also approved the Spring Creek Village Fourth Filing Final Plat, which aims to correct previous platting errors and facilitate residential development.
