Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

All right, it is 4:02 p.m. and we will uh open this meeting of the Lake County Planning Commission for November 24th, 2025. Um Heather's not here, correct? Correct. All right. All right, we do have a quorum for the planning commission. Changes or additions to the agenda? No. Very good. Seth. All right. And uh has anyone had a chance to approve, excuse me, to review the minutes of the November 10th meeting?

I didn't I don't know. I want to be traveling this week last week. Jason, any review? I was not able to look at them yet. All right. All right. Very good. Our new business tonight consists of a adoption of written facts for file number 24-03 with Box Creek Gravel Mining CUP. And I would entertain a motion. All right. I'll I'll move to to uh for the planning commission to adopt the resolution before the commission um of written bindings of fact pursuant to the Lake County Land Development Code and denying the application for additional con use permit for file number 24-3 the Bach Creek gravel mining and the only other thing I would add is the date of that hearing

and it it was uh the date of the hearing was November 10th, 2025. Very good. Can I hear a second? Second. Uh we'll do a roll call vote on this one. Um Heather Lind. Joey Edwards, yay.
