Welcome & Purpose

Frame the meeting: where we are in the comp plan process, what Big Moves are and why they matter. Goal is to introduce the framework, hear reactions, discuss implementation, and leave with direction for the next iteration for comp plan.

Setting the Stage

Brief overview of the Big Moves concept: what makes a Big Move different from a regular strategy? Explain the structure (foundational enablers vs. systems transformations) and the role of spark projects.

Big Moves 1-3. Frame these as the three preconditions - how we work together, what our rules allow, and what our systems can handle - that make everything else possible.

Discussion: Foundational Enablers

These Big Moves are about how we govern together, whether our codes match our vision, and whether our infrastructure can support the growth we want. Do they capture the right foundations? What's missing? What questions do they raise?

Shift to the “how.” • If we committed to these Big Moves jointly, what would that actually look like? What would it require? What structures do we need that we don't have, or would need to strengthen, today? How do we track progress and stay accountable? Would a joint commitment statement be meaningful? What would it say?
