Heritage Preservation Commission - Regular Meeting

The Heritage Preservation Commission approved the minutes from their November 2025 meeting and conducted their annual code of ethics policy review. The commission then voted to accept the nomination of the Professional Arts Building to be designated as a local historic landmark and will hold a public hearing next month for further discussion. They also discussed a new initiative to recognize property owners who maintain or improve their historic properties.
