All those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Okay, folks, so all we're doing at this point in time is required by state law. We're taking these two items and putting it into our regular agenda. So you can certainly talk at that time when we have the regular agenda come forward. And so this is, in a way, a little bit perfunctionary. So all we're doing is just adding it to the agenda to make sure that it's on there and that it has been reviewed by attorneys and our staff. With that, any questions from the council? Mr. Attorney, we move these two ordinances, 4A and 4B.

An ordinance of the Village of Key Biscayne, Florida, amending Chapter 30, Zoning and Land Development Regulations of the Village Code of Ordinances by amending Section 30-242, Artificial Turf of the Village Code of Ordinances to modify installation restrictions in the institutional zoning district, providing for severability, providing for codification, providing for conflicts, and providing for an effective date.
