Planning Board - Regular Meeting

The Planning Board approved two applications: a duplex for Habitat for Humanity at 0 Grove Street and site modifications for Froehling Energy at 20 and 37 Manchester Street. A third application for GMS Realty at 30 Production Avenue, proposing a parking lot expansion and stormwater management, was also approved. A fourth application for a cottage court conditional use permit at 135 George Street was approved. A fifth application for Elm Carroll Cottage Court at Elm and Carroll Streets, proposing 14 townhouse-style units, was continued to the next meeting for further review of design and unit density.
