The Planning Board and Planning, Licenses, and Development Committee approved the minutes from October 14, 2025, and adopted the 2026 meeting schedule. They also held a public workshop on proposed ordinance amendments regarding setback exceptions, accessory dwelling units, and parking regulations, and discussed a state law (HB457) affecting zoning restrictions on dwelling units and the definition of "family."
