Public Works Council Committee - Regular Meeting

Okay, it's 5 o'clock. We're going to go ahead and call the Public Works Council meeting to order. First item, roll call. Please mark your attendance. We do have a quorum. Next item is minutes. Minutes 26033 from our meeting on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026. I'll make a motion to recommend to the full council unless there's a change. So the motion is second recommend full council lesson noted changing one committee. Have any comments or questions about the minutes? If not, please cash your ballot. Okay. Next item is new business ordinances to be introduced. Ordinance 26 Oh 20. An ordinance amending Appendix Seven of the Stormwater Drainage Design Manual, whereas the City Council adopted the Stormwater Drainage Design Manual on December 18th, 2008, Ordinance 08099, whereas Appendix Seven, ADEQ Permit Number ARR15000 of the Stormwater Drainage Manual will expire on October 31st, 2026, and an updated version for adoption has been approved by ADEQ. Is that A-D-E-E-Q, or it should be just A-D-E-Q, shouldn't it?

I think they changed their name. Did they?

They added an E. Wow, A-D-E-E-Q. Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Section 1, that Appendix 7, A-D-E-E-Q, Permit Number ARR150000 of the Stormwater Drainage Design Manual is replaced in its entirety with an updated copy of the Permit Section two, that the mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized by the city council for the city of Jonesboro to adopt the above referenced amendment to the stormwater drainage design manual.
