Administrator approved. We'll move into new business. First up is Resolution 26073. Resolution by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to place a municipal lien on property located at 2612 Crawford. Partial 01-144-273-02300. Owned by Randy and Allie Crawford in the amount of $275.

Resolution by city council of the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas to enter into a facility usage agreement with Jonesboro Jazz Incorporated. whereas Jonesboro Jets Incorporated is an Arkansas not-for-profit corporation organized to promote youth sports activities through the operation of its swim programs, whereas the city of Jonesboro is the owner of certain public park amenities known as the Jonesboro City Pool Complex, and hereafter referred to as the facilities, and whereas Jets and the city, excuse me, desire to enter an agreement, I think it should be into, to desire to enter into an agreement for the purposes of evidencing the agreements of the parties with regard to the use of the facilities by the jets and the respective obligations of the parties regarding the use and maintenance of the facilities. Now, therefore, be it resolved by City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that section one, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, shall enter into a facility usage agreement with Jonesboro Jets Incorporated for the use of the Jonesboro Pool Complex located at 1421 West Edelton, Jonesboro, Arkansas, section two. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to execute such agreement.

Resolution 26076, a resolution authorizing the City of Jonesboro to submit a notice of intent for the FEMA Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program for the North Main Street Detention Pond Project, and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents, whereas the City of Jonesboro experiences recurring flooding and drainage deficiencies within the neighborhood west of North Main Street and north of Lost Creek, creating hazards to residents, public infrastructure, and private property. And whereas the proposed North Main Street Detention Pond project is intended to reduce flood risk by increasing stormwater storage capacity through the construction of a regional detention pond and associated drainage improvements, thereby reducing the frequency and severity of localized flooding. And whereas the estimated total project cost is $405,000, with the city requesting $303,750 in federal assistance to the FEMA fiscal year 2024 flood mitigation assistance grant program and providing a $101,250 non-federal match should funding be awarded. And whereas the city desires to submit a notice of intent to the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management for consideration under the fiscal year 2024 flood mitigation assistance grant program for the North Main Street Detention Bond Project and now therefore be resolved by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that section one, the City Council authorizes the submission of a notice of intent to the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management under the FEMA fiscal year 2024 Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program for the proposed North Main Street Detention Bond Project as generally described in the accompanying notice of intent. Section two, the mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to submit the notice of intent and any related pre-application materials required by the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management or the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Section three, nothing in this resolution shall be construed as obligating the city to proceed with the project, accept grant funding, or expend local funds beyond those previously authorized by the city council. Section four, should the city be invited to submit a full application or receive a grant award, any required local matching funds and acceptance of the award shall be presented to the city council for approval as required by law.

I hope we get this. For years, that's been a big problem in North Jonesboro, and the only way you're going to fix it is regional detention, and it's going to be more than one. So hopefully this is a good start.

A resolution by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to enter into a facility usage agreement with Shark Wave Aquatics Team for year 2026, whereas Shark Wave Aquatics Team is an Arkansas not-for-profit corporation organized to promote youth sports activities through the operation of its swim programs, and whereas the City of Jonesboro is the owner of public park amenities known as the Jonesboro City Pool Complex, and hereafter referred to as the facilities, and whereas SWAT and the City desire to enter into an agreement for the purpose of evidencing the agreement of the parties with regard to the use of the facilities by SWAT and the respective obligations of the parties regarding the use and maintenance of the facilities, therefore be it resolved by City Council for the City of Jonesboro-Arkansas that section one, the City of Jonesboro-Arkansas shall enter into a facility usage agreement with Jonesboro SWAT Incorporated for use of the Jonesboro Public, Jonesboro Pool Complex located at 1421 West Nelton, Jonesboro, Arkansas. Section two, the mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to execute such agreement.

The depository services? Yeah. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. We did submit that for bid. Bids were received in mid-June. I forget the exact date. We did receive five bids from five area banking institutions, and those are currently going to be presented to our depository committee for scoring. So we'll have that to you tomorrow, by the way.
