For the fire department, there is nothing to report on the secretary's report. For the police side, Applicant number 12, Olivia Medina, withdrew from the list on 10/10/2025.

Applicant number 45, Tyler McCoy, was removed on 09/10/2025. Applicant 53, Eddie Pantoya, was removed on 09/17/2025. Applicant 56, Alan Urbano, withdrew on 09/20/2025. In addition, he has no disciplinary record for the last five years. As a result, I find no cause to prevent him from being promoted in performing the duties of police sergeant.

Our first up is captain Brad Myers to the rank of battalion chief. I have reduced captain Myers' personal file and found no reason for not to be promoted to the battalion.
