you're staring at me yes i am thank you president dylan members of the commission staff would draw your attention to a couple of of items on the no appeals the first one being number 10 at 2026 ccn czn 828 located at 1170 kentucky avenue Staff is requesting that this be pulled from the no appeals docket and set for hearing for October the 7th. There are some issues related to the plan of operation and the commitments. And so that would give staff and the petitioners representative time to work through that. But it would have to be set for hearing on October the 7th.

Thank you, President Dillon and commissioners. 2026R028 authorizes the Department of Metropolitan Development to amend the agreement with Raven Commercial Group LLC to increase the total contractual not to exceed amount of $325,000 in order to provide security enhancements at Union Station needs. Resolution 2026P010 authorizes the Department of Metropolitan Development to enter into a professional services agreement with Optikos Design Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $252,500 for the creation of residential pre-reviewed architectural plans. This ends the reading of the resolutions.
