Okay, welcome everybody. This is the special city council meeting uh budget hearings uh property levies for March 23, 2026. Start with a roll call, please. Whoever is absent. Hannah, yes. Moore, yes. Here. Mayor, present. Olaflin, yes. Apple, yes. Okay, I need a motion to approve the agenda as presented. So, move second. I have a motion to second. All in favor? I oppose. Passes 6. Next, we move to item number four. Uh, pursuant to the agenda, I'll now convene a public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for fiscal year 2027. Um, anybody wish to speak with regard to the levy?

Do you want to say anything with regard to the levy? Everything's in the memo. I mean, the the levy that was published um in the paper is the max levy that we're required by law to publish. That's the maximum amount we could um levy if the council chose to. That is not what we're doing with the budget. uh the budget. We can get into the other items at the other at the next meeting, but ultimately it will be a decrease from where we were and I did not receive any written comments before now. So, okay. Um in that case, I'll now close the public hearing. Um and there are no comments for the city clerk to record. So, I need a motion to adjourn the meeting then. So, moved.
