To permit a landmark sign at an overall height of 26 feet that will include "WELCOME TO SURF CITY USA®" located at the entrance of the pier on Main Street.

Find the proposed project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15311, Class 11;
Approve Coastal Development Permit No. 26-015 and Conditional Use Permit No. 26-016 with Suggested Findings and Conditions of Approval
REQUEST:
To permit a two-story addition of approximately 2,300 sq. ft. to an existing 5,335 sq. ft. two-story single-family residence at an approximate height of 25 ft.
