REQUEST:
To demolish an existing single-story single-family residence and construct a new 6,600 sq. ft. two-story single-family dwelling with a roof top deck at a height of 29 ft. with roof deck access at a height of 35 ft.

Find that the proposed project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303, Class 3;
Approve Coastal Development Permit No. 26-010 and Conditional Use Permit No. 26-005 with the findings and conditions of approval.
REQUEST:
To permit the modification of an existing “flagpole” wireless communication facility at an overall height of 56 feet that includes widening the canister to 50 inches to install six antennas and six RRHs.
