Anyone wishing to speak during PUBLIC COMMENTS must fill out and submit a form to speak. The Design Review Board can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized. Anyone wishing to speak on items not on today's agenda, may do so during PUBLIC COMMENTS. Please note comments on closed public hearing items will not be part of the permanent entitlement record. Speakers on items scheduled for PUBLIC HEARING will be invited to speak during the public hearing. (4 MINUTES PER PERSON, NO DONATING OF TIME TO OTHERS)
Approve Design Review Board Regular Meeting Minutes Dated April 9, 2026
Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following action: "Approve the April 9, 2026, Design Review Board Minutes as submitted."
Recommend approval of Design Review No. 26-005 to the Director of Community Development with suggested conditions of approval.
REQUEST:
To review the design, colors and materials of the proposed construction of five (5) three-story 3,000 sq. ft. live/work units, each with an accessory dwelling unit and rooftop deck in District 1 of the Downtown Specific Plan.
LOCATION:
210 - 218 3rd Street, 92648 (south side of 3rd Street, between Olive Avenue and Walnut Avenue)
Recommend approval of Design Review No. 25-009 to the Planning Commission with the suggested conditions of approval.
