REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials for a façade remodel (murals) on the north, south, east and west exterior elevations of an existing restaurant. LOCATION: 21529 Pacific Coast Highway, 92648 (South of Pacific Coast Highway, West of Beach Boulevard) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of Design Review No. 26-004 to the Community Development Director with suggested conditions of approval based on the Downtown Specific Plan Design Guidelines.
