REQUEST: To review the updated design, color, and materials of a proposed 18-unit residential condominium development that was originally presented to the Design Review Board on June 26, 2025. Updates consist of a new open parking space design and six-foot-high privacy walls for open space purposes along Pearce Drive for two units. LOCATION: 4861 Pearce Drive, 92649 (Northwest corner of Pearce Drive and Green Lane) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of DRB. No. 19-002 to the Planning Commission with suggested conditions of approval.
