We're gonna go ahead and resume our meeting. Hello and welcome, everyone. We did start early tonight with an executive session to interview an applicant for the Tree Commission. Therefore, we will now resume our normally scheduled public meeting. I'd like to take a moment and welcome everyone who is here in attendance tonight, as well as those who may be watching remotely via the HCTV video feed. Therefore, we will continue on with section three, the Pledge of Allegiance. Will you please stand and join me? Thank you, everyone. Mr. Revita

Anthony Revita, 1746 Edgar Drive. First of all, I want to thank the staff of Hudson for working very diligently with my fence company, Ohio State Fence. It took 52 days to get the approval card, 74 days for the final approval, And again, my fence company worked with them diligently. I also want to thank the staff at the city hall for giving me all the records that I got to make this possible. It took me four months to figure out what Mr. Sheridan was doing. It didn't make any sense to me. And it took me two and a half years to get all the material I needed to show his malicious intent. I want to make this clear to the council. Mr. Sheridan, Mr. Hannon, Mr. Pitchford, and the prosecutor, Fagnelli, conspired to create a malicious prosecution against myself and my family. On June 16th, and 17th of this year, Mr. Sheridan sent out Mr. Dave Rapp from the engineering department to do a survey on my property. The engineer and surveyor told me this, that he was doing the survey, my neighbor was present. Once the survey was done, I requested through the city records that the survey and the report I wanted to receive. Mr. Pitchford then sent me a text And he says, the city's response to you was set out in a letter. We have provided you a non-privileged public record that exists from June 16th to June 17th, 2026 as field visits. So Mr. Pitchford's playing games with words because it was a survey. Because the survey didn't work out well for the city, that my fence is not on the easement, it becomes now a field visit. And just a field visit to my neighborhood. And the most shocking thing is the non-privileged public records. I would think all public records are privileged. Non-privileged, it makes no sense. My fence, according to the city of Hudson, is not in the easement. I've continued to come to the city council meetings to have everything on record. If on July 28th, 2026, I am charged in the Stowe Municipal Court, you all be complicit with this malicious prosecution and tampering with records. I have provided the ordinance 121202. I've given you all the records prior to coming here. I gave them to Mrs. Wheeler. You have the official timeline. As of today, the city official document says my fence is completed. That's the city's paperwork. Even more urgent is Mr. Sheridan, Mr. Hannon, Mr. Pitchford, and Sara Fignelli have violated Hudson's codified ordinance, Ohio Revised Code 2913-41. Hudson codified code 64218, tampering with records. Also Ohio revised code 2913, Hudson codified code 64219. Since the city council and the mayor have been notified on July 14th, 2026, and today on July 21st, 2026, this is all recorded on HCTV. These serious allegations must be investigated by the independent prosecutor. These exhibits I handed you to distribute are documents that were used to defraud myself and my family. The fictitious fraudulent site plan, which was originally used as an exhibit, then was changed into, at Stowe Court, my site plan. It's a fraudulent site plan. I did my site plan. It was approved. Mr. Hannon then made a fraudulent plan. Mr. Sheridan approved it, so did Mr. Pitchford.

Mr. Vitti, I have 30 seconds. Can I have two more minutes? This is important. Sir, I'm going to hold you to five minutes.

These are important things. I will reclaim your time. Instead of the court getting a timeline, Mr. Hannon did a chronology. I gave you the codes, 64218 tampering with records. You'll see number one, falsifying and destroying, conceal and defacing computer software and record. You'll see that he actually deleted the pass and also falsified the record. These are all felonies. 64219 is securing writings by deception.

Thank you, sir. I've given you the Hudson codified ordinance. Kyle last week said that he had sworn an oath. I believe my councilman has sworn an oath, and I believe all of you have sworn an oath to these ordinances for the city. So I expect from you is to investigate this, These issues, I have asked Amanda to, we're going to meet at City Hall tomorrow at I believe 12.30 or one o'clock. I would invite all of you to come. I can show you all this evidence that this was a fraudulent and these actions were against the city's law. Thank you very much.

The tree commission met today, and we're on pace to make over $200,000, which is really good. The O'Brien restoration will be finished this year, and Markley St. Mary's will be started next year. Trent is looking, and the city is looking into having an expansion. And there are two places. One would be in the back of the cemetery. There would be a place for 700 plots, additional plots there. And then we're also looking at the front. If you go into the cemetery, you see that there's a big open space. AND THAT HAS ROOM FOR 1400 PLACES. THERE WAS TALK THAT THERE WAS SOME KIND OF RESTRICTION ON THAT AREA, BUT SO FAR WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANY DOCUMENTS SAYING THAT IT HAS TO HAVE MARKERS THAT ARE FLAT. SO THE CITY IS STILL LOOKING INTO THAT TO SEE IF THAT IS SO. In September 26th, we're going to have a tour of O'Brien Cemetery. It will be done. It'll be from 4 to 6. We're going to do it where six cars go at a time because of the limited parking that they spend some time there. And then another six will come in so that there'll be 32 slots where people can sign up. We'll probably have a scavenger hunt like we did last year because it was a lot of fun looking for names and historic people. And this will occur rain or shine. So there's... A LOT OF INTEREST AT THE CEMETERY ADVISORY BOARD, AND THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. SO THANK YOU.

THE TREE COMMISSION MET ON THE 16TH. IT WAS A SHORT MEETING. MAIN TOPIC OF DISCUSSION WAS CLEANING UP STORM DAMAGE. and chlorosis that's happening on Great Oak Drive. Enforced their concerns about monoculture plantings. Potentially you could lose all of the oaks on that street if they're affected by the same disease. The arborist is gonna try an experimental treatment at a cost of about $60 per tree. He does not know if it'll work, but he's gonna try it and see what happens.

I just want to thank Public Works for coming out to Atterbury to clean out a downed tree. I was blocking the entire road. I think they and the city arborists were out within 15 minutes and cleaned it up within an hour. So most residents probably didn't even know it was downed. So I appreciate their quick action and taking care of it to clear the roadway. Thanks.

I will be at the City Hall on Terex Road tomorrow. Office hours are 11.30 to 1.30. I will be there at 12.30, so if any resident would like to come have a discussion about Clinton Crossing, city staff and I will be there to have that discussion, and I'm pretty sure Tom's party are going to mention the 5 to 8 tomorrow for Clinton Crossing to talk about Clinton Crossing actually at the site, and I think it should be a good time, and I'm excited to talk about it tomorrow.

Thank you, Councillor Weinstein. Any additional comments from council members who have not spoken yet? Seeing none from there, I will add a few things from my side. I did reach out after getting some contacts from Megan Higgins for the Summit Developmental Disability Organization down in Cuyahoga Falls. And they then invited me to one of their board meetings, which I attended last week, to officially thank them for their $430,000 funding grant for the new Dream Playground. And I also presented their president with one of my recognition certificates. So thanks go out to that entire board and organization again for their support of the project here in Hudson. A couple community events. Touch a Truck is this weekend on Saturday, July 25th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. And this is again located in the parking lot between the Eastwoods and McDowell schools. And another shout out and thank you to the Hudson City School District for collaborating with the city ON THIS PROJECT WITH US AGAIN. THIS EVENT I BELIEVE IS MUCH NICER AND MORE ACCESSIBLE FOR FAMILIES AND THE STUDENTS AND THE KIDS THAT COME WITH IT BEING ON THE SCHOOL PROPERTY THERE. ALSO THIS SATURDAY THE 25TH WILL BE DESTINATION HUDSON'S ART AND WINE EVENT THAT IS HERE ON THE DOWNTOWN GREENS. and that will run from three to nine p.m. And just another clarifying comment, Councilor Weinstein had made the comment about the community engagement for Clinton Crossing. That is tomorrow on the 22nd. It starts at five p.m. I believe it runs to eight p.m. It's onsite there at the location, which if you know where Farinacci's Pizza is, Owen Brown and Morris Road, it's right in that area. So that's another community engagement opportunity. and my understanding of the plan and the agenda for that is there will be three plans presented to the community that have been looked at, reviewed, and formed based on all of the community engagement to date. So if the community is interested in hearing the results at this stage, there will be three plans presented tomorrow night at that Clinton Crossing community engagement. Again, starts at 5 p.m. on site at the area where Owen Brown and Morse Road intersect. That is all I had. Was there any additional comments from council members? Thank you, Mayor. As the Mayor said, Clinton Crossing's plan in place tomorrow, 5 to 8 p.m. on-site. There's plenty of parking. The area cut down, and a couple weeks ago we had it all rolled with a paving roller to make sure it was flat. Um, the dream playground, just to notify everybody in the public, if you haven't seen on our website, uh, is the ribbon cutting official ribbon cutting is Sunday and August 9th at noon to two at the Oak Grove park. And we're looking forward to that. It looks fantastic. Um, they're doing some final touch-ups out there. So please don't play on the playground until they, uh, we post that it is open. uh... heinz hill road bridge over the railroad track that projects in design and uh... we're currently uh... posting it for any comments on let's talk cutson uh... residents can leave any comments they want a questions to the engineering staff uh... the public open house for that uh... bridge project is scheduled for wednesday august twelfth from five to seven p m at hudson city hall on tarix road so again The public open house for the Hines Hill Bridge is Wednesday, August 12th, from 5 to 7 p.m. And last but not least, today I was informed by Councilman White about a bump out at Heather Lane in 303. That will be a complete patch, and the bump will be taken care of by the end of the week. Weather permitting, which it looks like the rest of the week should be in very good shape. So that's all I had, Mayor.

Mr. President, not related to anything you just spoke on, Tom. I've had, you know, with the speed limit being reduced on Route 91, I've seen a number of resident comments about the growth on the turn there at Hines Hill Road in 91. You know, that's the intersection that's generally a bit, you know, of a worry from a safety standpoint. I think in the past we've talked about, you know, cutting in there, and I think we talked about how Safety Commission is currently looking at that intersection, but I'm just wondering if there's anything we could do about the growth there to help visibility in the short term.

We can take a look at it and see if we can cut back the vegetation. Thank you.

Thank you, Councillor Brezovic. Additional questions for Mr. Sheridan from Council? Seeing none, the only comment I wanted to make, Mr. Sheridan, on your updates for the Dream Playground, I did drive out there this past weekend, and the message board that is out there, you can't miss it. So it does say the park is closed, which is a great asset to be able to make our message loud and clear. So I appreciate seeing that.

And I thought you were going to add one last thing, but Ellsworth Golf Course this year is hosting, you might want to mention that to everybody, the...

That is true, not this Friday, next Friday, the Mayor's Association of Portage Summit and Stark County, which I do attend most of those meetings on a monthly basis, Ellsworth Meadows Golf Course is hosting the annual golf outing for the MAPS group, so that will be all day Friday, or most of the day Friday, coming up here next week, and we'll be A great opportunity to showcase not only the city but that course because it is a wonderful course in addition to the new clubhouse.

And actually the renovations of the old one are all complete. and it is really a nice event place if anybody has parties and whatever. If you do get the chance, please stop into the Pro Shop. I'm sure somebody can take you up there and open it up and show it to you because I think they did a fantastic job on the old clubhouse to turn it into an event center that has the overhead garage doors that open up where they used to have windows. Don't quote me on this. It was over 100, I think, allowed by fire code. It's on the plate when you walk in the door there, but I was surprised on how great it looks. So it's a new wonderful facility also next to our clubhouse. And they gave it a good fresh coat of paint and a lot of different things they did in there. So it looks really great. If you get the chance, take a look at it. And the outing will be utilizing that building that day.

You did remind me of a question for you, Mr. Sheridan. I was up at the course not too long ago, a few weeks ago, and I did peek in there. I believe the doors were shut. Do you know is that in a reservation system, how does somebody inquire about that? And I wasn't sure a few weeks ago if it was done and ready and open to the public to reserve and use that for events, but can you provide an update? How does a resident who wants to utilize that go about inquiring?

I'll get the reservation and get that out to council and get it on our website.

This is a resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into a local public agency, LPA, federal local let project agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Veterans Rails to Trails 2 project, which is PID number 125911. I just want to let residents know about this legislation that the city's done a nice job putting out information. So should this pass, it will go to a vote and let voters decide. So if you want to stay informed about what a yes or no does for this, they've done a nice job on the website of explaining what this opt-out program does.
