Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

All right, we're going to call this meeting to order. There we go. I get to use it. Jimmy said I could. I'm just kidding. It's cool. All right. We do not have any old business. So, we will move on to new business. Uh, new business case number 2025-135 is a plat revision of Dotto Commons lot 12, partial A-1. And at this time, I will turn it over to our director for his presentation. Thank you. Um I guess first I'll I'll state that the applicant is not here. Um does the commission want to hear the case still or

Okay. So the applicant is not here. So, I'm just going to let the let everyone know that in times past, we've always tabled it to the next meeting to give them an opportunity to come and uh for that case. Um but the but that does not mean that we have to do that, but that's what we've done in the past. And um and then this is um just a a plat revision. So, it's just whatever the um the commission would like. And the applicant did just text me. Um, he is out of town, but he is watching the feed, which I I know for it purposes. I know that's not how this really works, but uh I'm assuming he would be available for a phone call, but um that is just going to be up to the commission on what commission wants to do.
