This is the quasi-judicial section of the agenda. Please be advised this item is quasi-judicial. If you wish to comment upon this item, please. Tab 2, card number 5091 is an ordinance of the City of Homestead, Florida, approving the rezoning as requested by Flightway 20 LLC of an approximately 8.55 acre parcel of land from Agricultural Zoning District to Light Industrial Zoning District for property generally located on the southwest corner of Southeast 8th Street and Southwest 147th Avenue as legally described in Exhibit A, providing for conflict, severability, and providing for an effective date.
