Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved two rezoning requests: one for a single-family residential development by Felicia Sanders and another for a parking lot for Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital. The commission also voted to defer four other rezoning and provisional use permit requests to the June 11, 2026 meeting. Additionally, resolutions were passed to initiate updates to the zoning and subdivision ordinances, and public hearings were set for June 11, 2026, to consider these updates and the 2045 Comprehensive Plan.
