Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved two rezoning requests, one for a mixed-use development with multifamily residential units and another for townhomes, after addressing concerns about school capacity, traffic, and infrastructure. The commission also adopted revisions to its rules and regulations and scheduled a work session for the 2045 Comprehensive Plan update.
