We have a motion and a second to move 4A, B, and C. 4A is approve a lease agreement with Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation for rental of HICRA property in Minneapolis, 9126 to 831-31. Receivable amount of a dollar that will help the budget for be approved a lease agreement with Lake Minnetonka Historical Society for rental of Hickory property in Excelsior 10 126 to 930 31 and then 4c is approved a lease agreement with 301 water street holdings LLC for rental of Hickory property in Excelsior 9 1 26 8 31 31 Any questions any background needed Commissioner Anderson?

Just a question. I know the first two are really going to impact our budget. The question is the difference in those dollar leases and the $5,691 lease. What's the policy that kind of governs the amount of a lease?

Chair, Commissioner Anderson, I will ask Jessica Galatz to come and share a little bit of the difference between the types of leases that the rail authority has.

Thank you. Once again, my name is Jessica Glatz. I'm with Transportation Project Delivery. Mr. Vice Chair, Commissioner, our land use management plan, affectionately lump, called lump, directs us to charge different rates for different types of leases. So for public uses, including recreational uses, we can write leases for $1. So the first two leases under request today are either for public or recreational uses, including the Excelsior Depot that has a museum in it. And then for the third lease before you today, the third request, that is an at-market lease rate.
