I wanted to talk to you about some of the concerns I had about this recurring problem with our tax cuts because there is a link between our tax cuts and the budget difficulties of our city. I understand that we want to attract companies in the region. However, granting companies a 10-year fiscal amnesty, while our schools have a budget deficit of 4 million dollars, is not a good tax practice.
