Um they will be required to post a cash bond for the street improvements to install a valley gutter across what is currently Hickory Street um at the Third Street intersection. Um and recommendation is to approve the closure. Uh this is a map of of the section to be closed. um and the valley gutter that would have to be installed. Um so basically this is still going to remain um as as a drive uh and it will just become privately owned u by the properties there. It will also be easement for utilities and things like that. This is the road closure map. Um as you can see the the legal plat. And I'm here for any questions. What are what are they getting out of doing this? I'm just curious.
