Review of 2024 Volunteer Firefighters Relief and Pension Fund annual report and approval to submit to the State Fire Marshal’s Office. Discussion and Action

Innes & Associates did not provide official 2024 report, numbers and amounts were provided for approval. Lay Person Russ Dunham did not get the statements provided. Chief Henry presented the statements and explained the beginning and ending amounts. Trustee Mat Taylor requested clarification on the employee/employer contributions vs Fire Marshall’s contributions. Chief Henry clarified Trustee Mat Taylors concern. Secretary Troy Farmer made a motion to approve statements/amounts provided by Innes & associates to submit to AZ State Fire Marshall’s office. Secretary Troy Farmer made a motion to approve statements/amounts provided by Innes & associates to submit report to the State Fire Marshall’s Office. Second by Trustee Mat Taylor. Motion to approve and submit annual statements/amounts passed unanimously pending the report from Innes & Associates. Motion to approve and submit amounts and report (when available) passed unanimously (4-0).
