City Council - Regular Meeting
The Gig Harbor City Council celebrated the retirement of Patty McGallian after 28 years of service, approved the consent agenda, and discussed the upcoming 250th birthday of the United States. The Council also approved a professional services contract for a stormwater park feasibility study and an ordinance for a right-of-way vacation.

Before we begin this council meeting we would like to recognize that we are gathered on not only the ancestral and traditional lands of the sxwøbabč band of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, but also on the site of one of the largest and longest standing historic villages of their people, the original inhabitants of the Gig Harbor area.
